  • Larsen Lockwood-Hall

    CEO

    Larsen is GhostDraft's Chief Executive Officer. He has bold vision, coupled with a diverse set of abilities — a combination of strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, and operational excellence — that he is using to drive the growth of the business and the continued success of our customers.

    In his previous role as Executive Director - Strategy & Business Development at LexisNexis, Larsen was responsible for defining the company's vision and strategy, functioning as a force driver for growth and innovation. He was at the forefront of the large-scale print-to-digital migration of the company's core publishing business and successfully led multiple high impact organic and acquisitive expansion efforts that rapidly transformed a portfolio of legal and professional information assets into content-enabled workflow solutions with significantly higher customer relevance. Prior to joining LexisNexis Larsen held leadership positions in finance, business systems and operational roles, accumulating a broad and complimentary skill set that has enabled him to work cross-functionally to improve both organizational effectiveness and customer outcomes.

    Larsen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Informatics as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town.
  • Mark Todes

    Founder, Chief Operating Officer

    Mark co-founded the company with colleagues in the mid 1970’s, leading the transition into software development with the launch of the company’s first document composition technology. He has since provided the vision for two successive generations of product, including the current GhostDraft suite.

    By remaining close to the product and the customer, Mark has accumulated a wealth of experience in the field of digital content generation, and a keen insight into market trends. In addition to sitting on the Board of Directors, he remains directly responsible for driving GhostDraft’s product direction and customer advocacy, interacting daily with both customers and the development team.
  • Peter Ottermann

    Chief Technical Officer

    Peter directs the architecture of GhostDraft and manages a team of highly-skilled software developers who build and maintain the GhostDraft suite. He works directly with our customers to understand their needs first hand, and expresses the voice of the customer in all of our product development efforts. Peter has been with the company since 2000, and co-led the design and development of the GhostDraft software. Prior to his current role Peter was a lead architect.

    Peter has a degree in Computer Science and Psychology and is a highly-skilled software developer himself. As a software engineer and solutions architect at heart, he has broad experience across multiple technologies, a deep understanding of electronic document formats and is an expert in generating and manipulating digital content.
  • Kurt Jackson

    Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

    Kurt is a proven and accomplished sales leader with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining GhostDraft, Kurt was Managing Director of Global OnDemand for Pitney Bowes Business Insight, where he launched their new cloud business. As Vice President of Sales for the Insurance Practice, Kurt created the company’s first industry-focused business unit, expanding Pitney Bowes’ presence at tier 1 and mid-tier insurance companies.

    As Vice President of Sales at Group 1 Software, Kurt led a team focused on customer communications management, and was instrumental in facilitating the organizational integration with Pitney Bowes after their acquisition of Group 1. Kurt began his career at IBM as a systems engineer serving the Finance and Insurance industries before transitioning into sales for IBM’s Printing Systems Company, where he sold IBM’s enterprise-class printing line.
  • Angie Winn

    Vice President of Technical Sales and Services

    Angie brings to GhostDraft more than 20 years of experience in project management, customer support and professional services at leading-edge technology companies. Prior to GhostDraft, she was Solutions Manager for Customer Communications Management at Pitney Bowes Management Services where she led the development of the product strategy and roadmap for an integrated multi-channel communication platform.

    In previous roles at Pitney Bowes, Angie was responsible for cloud deployment and strategy as Director of OnDemand Technology, led professional services and support teams on projects at mid-market and Fortune 500 companies as Director of Technical Services, and developed a structured project implementation methodology still in use at Pitney Bowes today. Prior to Pitney Bowes, Angie was Customer Support Manager at Logica, Inc., a global IT services company, and Senior Site Representative at Image Sciences, Inc.
  • Joanne Irvine-Smith

    Vice President of Product Development

    Joanne has spent the past 20 years in the software field writing, designing, leading and managing software products across a broad spectrum of technologies and industries. She has a graduate degree in computer science and her experience has spanned the Legal, Property, Insurance, Finance and Banking industries. Joanne has worked on bespoke customer projects, internal-use systems, and off-the-shelf products ranging from Practice Management and Document Management, to Online Booking and Contract Authoring systems. Over the years she has worked on numerous Document Automation and Assembly projects and integrations and spearheaded the integration of GhostDraft technology into her past products.

    Before joining GhostDraft in 2015, Joanne spent the last four years as Product Manager on the Real Estate Agency Management software for Property24, South Africa’s #1 Property portal, having successfully steered and scaled the product to grow the user base by 400% and achieve an estimated 80% market-share.
